Calendar of Activities

We provide a monthly calendar of daily activities that are scheduled in advance. Residents in the home can chose if they want to participate, opt out or select a different activity or outing to participate in.

Community Integration

Persons served are encouraged and supported while in the community. We put a large emphasis on having fun and bonding with the Journey Together Care Home family.

Exercise & Health

Journey Together Care Home promotes a healthy lifestyle by ensuring persons served are provided with options and locations to get weekly exercise.
